Download secure conversations, now possible with Smartlockr

When sending secure emails with Smartlockr, there are several security options. Depending on how privacy-sensitive a message is, there is the possibility to use the most secure option: sending a secure message. Both the email body and the attached files will be sent securely.

Only the verified receiver has access to the message, meaning that this user can open and reply to this message. This flow has now created a secure conversation, within the Smartlockr environment in which all involved and logged in users can participate.

Smartlockr will soon release a new feature where it will be possible to download such a secure conversation. If needed, you can download the whole conversation in just one click, see below for an example of what you will see:

By doing so, you’ll have a nice overview of all messages and files that were sent. But note that the attached files are not available. This feature only enables you to see which files were sent.

So, in short: by downloading a conversation you will have an overview of all that has been discussed within a secure environment.
